Have accepted membership of an ICloud Family group and am unable to access other family group IBooks

I Have a Mac Air, Ipad2 and Iphone4. My brother has an Ipad 2 and has requested me to join a Family Group for the purpose of sharing IBook purchases. I agreed to join his Family Group. Since then, I have been unable to access his IBook or His purchased Apps. can you advise me what steps I need to make to access these purchases please

I understand that you have joined Family Sharing with your brother but do not see any of his purchases. In this situation, I would recommend reading over and working through the troubleshooting steps outlined in the following article.
