I just got the exact same message. I almost responded on my phone, but then thought to wait until I could look into it further. Looks real enough -- glad you posted here.

I got that message too. The link actually goes to phanmemchamcong.com.vn/apl. I'm wondering if it is a password theft attempt, or whether they're trying to implant malware. Any thoughts?
In such cases, it is recommended to change the password and security questions for your Apple ID. That will help a lot in securing the account.
Today is August 20/2015 - I've just received this email - which I believe to be phishing. I haven't clicked on anything - sent an email to AppleCare ID Support asking them to confirm phishing.
