netork scanner apps showing my phone twice different ac addrfesses one saying net bios name Adam file server YES with oogus mac address

have 2 apps Ping an Ip Scanner both scan my wifi for traffic, hen I scanned the other day both apps showed my phone twice one app had a mac address saying 38.b1.DB.8F.30.BB net bios name ADAM, file saver YES but said rubens iPhone then the "YOU" banner moved to a iPhone thT looked offline! this happened on the ping app the ip scanner app showed my phone twice one with the router address an one ith another addfress, im concerned someone is using my iPhone for service or to use my network ihout me knowing! Is there any explanation on what this could be! thanks
