Yosemite and Server

Is there a separate forum for OS X Server questions? If so please point me to it.

Otherwise I have Yosemite and Server 4.03 and can't get past the first step. Add a website, store files in:

If I use the default site, nothing happens, and the site does not show up in the website list.

I thought maybe it was permissions so I used "other" and picked a test folder on my desktop, same thing, nothing gets created and the website entry does not show up in the website list.

Deleted Server with this and started over.

sudo rm /var/db/.ServerSetupDone

Same problem. Any suggestions?
