Can I use Safari 7 with Mountain Lion?

I have Mountain Lion OS on my MacBook Pro but Safari 6.0.5 is not working well with some websites. Can I use Safari 7 without upgrading to Mavericks?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.8)
