Mail not syncing

When I delete an email on my iPhone and then check my emails using Outlook on windows it deletes on both my iPhone and in Outlook.

- Thats what I want to happen.

When I delete an email in Outlook on windows it doesn't delete on my iPhone using the mail app.

- This is not what I want to happen.

How do I make it so that it will delete on both my phone and in outlook when using outlook. The same issue occurs when I move an email to a different folder as well.

The email addresses I use are @live.com.au and @internode.on.net.

They are both setup with IMAP.

One other issue I have is when I'm using outlook on windows I can move an email from my @internode.on.net account to a folder in my @live.com.au account but when using my phone it wont let me do this.
