I updated my iPad 2 with iOS 8.1.3 and activated Find My Phone during setup. I then discovered that my iPad had a discontinued iCloud ID. I need to change to the correct iCloud ID but cannot turn off Find My Phone without supplying the password to the discontinued iCloud ID. How can I update the iPad to the correct iCloud ID when I cannot turn off Find My Phone?

Change to correct iCloud ID when Find My Phone is active with old iCloud ID.
