I have been using my ipad since 2012, ever since then i dont experience it crashing... just now that i upgraded to ios 8.1.3. It is like every app i open, it will crash no matter what. Why is that so?

IIt's pretty much considered normal. Maybe you have just been using it more lately? It's one of the several reasons that I ruled it out for business use.
it happened for me many times and I didn't know what to do...at last when I upgraded my ipad it doesn't happen again...just uptodate your ios...good luck
no actually, i dont use the ipad more than i used to. In fact i use it lesser than before. I usually open the same apps as before. But back then, it doesnt crash at all unlike it is crashing now.

This is most certainly NOT normal. My iPad 3 has done that less than a handful of times all the time I've owned it. Start with the basics: restart, reset, restore from a back up, restore as new. Sometimes, if you do an update over the air, it doesn't go as well as if you did the iOS update through iTunes. The restore from back up or restore as new should solve any problems like that.
