iTunes slowing down "download speed" ??

Hi There-

Quick question, Is the newest iTunes (12.1) slowing down speeds of downloading from subscribed podcasts ??? I have a 15Mbps internet, and before up-grading to iTunes 12.1, I could download very fast for my podcasts, now, It maxes out at 1.5 Mbps download speed ?? Has iTunes restricted download speed through iTunes /?/ It's rather frustrating, having to wait 2-3 hours for things to finish 😟
