My iPhone 5S has dust under the front-facing camera, making pictures blurry. Help?

My iPhone 5S has had some front camera issues for a while (issues meaning terrible pictures) and I've noticed that there is dust or lint inside the camera lens. The front facing one. I don't know what to do, but its very irritating that the photos are so blurry. What can I do? If needed I will post pictures tomorrow.
