Charged for movie rentals and was unable to watch . Anyone else?

I Rented movies from iTunes on my iPad was charged but no rental. Anyone else?

iPad Air Wi-Fi, iOS 7.0.4

You should see your rental in the Videos app in the Rental tab. If you do not see it, check in the app iTunes Store > Downloads. If you still do not see it or was able to play your rental, then report the issue to the iTunes Store to get it resolved. Check the second article for the steps to do that.
