Macbook Pro Battery Suddenly Died

Hi,

For my Mac book pro (13" Mid 2012) the battery just died all of a sudden and system now only works with power supply connected all the time.

As per battery health the battery still holds 75% of the charge.The battery status is showing as 'Replace Now'.

I tried to do SMC multiple times but nothing is happening, the magsafe light doesn't blink and macbook just restarts itself.

Is it possible? What are my options?
