When I try to use Safari, it won't proceed but screen will be black and come back to the original iPhone screen with icons.
I tried Reset all settings, but it didn,t solve the issue.

Thanks for the follow up. If you have tried all of these steps and your issue persists, you can contact Apple Support or take your device to the nearest Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
