You can't apply for an international warranty on the iPhone - it is not possible to do it.
So you either buy in Malaysia and put up with having to go back there if anything goes wrong with your phone or you go and buy a phone in your own country and where you want to use the phone.
It really is that simple, but you cannot apply for an international warranty on the iPhone - they don't exist due to the differing models around the world.
