I have macbook bro mid 2009 MB991LL with HDD 1Tb and SDD instead of CDROM.
Recently my HDD stopped working. So I can't see it in Disk Utility. I changed hdd cable (cable was from macbook pro 2011, but this doesn't matters) - didn't help. So, I afraid my sata connector doesn't work proper. What can I do? If sata connector is broken I need to replace motherboard?

Not necessarily. Take out the HDD and place it in an enclosure. Connect it to the MBP via USN and see if you can boot the MBP via startup manager:

That will tell you if the HDD is faulty or not. If the MBP starts, then the internal connection is the problem.

But where exactly is the problem... Cable or motherboard connector, this I can't understand..
More often than not it will be the cable. By replacing it with a known good one is the best way I know of testing. Fortunately the cable is nit expensive.

Note an error free AHT is not definitive.
