A couple of questions please:
Q1. I would appreciate help with trying to find what this app is (the screenshot shows the app from within 'Battery Doctor'?
Q2. On a similar note. The user is using a phenomenal amount of data, and I found this app whilst trying to see what could be using it.
What is the best way to monitor a phones data usage please?

What app? You have not posted anything.
The icon in the image with the 'a' and with small plus sign with the Chinese lettering.
I'm not sure if you can see that?
I've just tested it on another PC and it displays fine.

The link is broken. Please read the instructions on how to post an image, before wasting your time (and ours).
Best advice would be to get rid of the useless Battery Doctor, and the mystery Icon would disappear as well.

Is there such an app with that icon on your iPhone anywhere? Other than in the Battery Doctor?
Well after a little hunting around I found it (for anyone who may read this in the same situation)
I have passed it on to my colleague in the hope it helps him somehow.
I've simply followed up on here should it maybe help someone else one day.
This does not appear in the US App Store. Other info on that page lead me to believe this is an app for jailbroken devices. Does that apply to you?
You may well be right Chris.
Any information like that helps. I'm not an iPhone user myself, but other colleagues (including this one) use it.. so it all helps in dealing with the user/situation.

Not really as most of the "battery saving apps" are close to useless. They also tend to report confusing and misleading information that doesn't do much by cause people anxiety. They're not necessary.

I suspect you (and others) know this better than I do.
So I ask innocently, would it report/display an app which it doesn't exist on the device at all.. or even misrepresent an app for another one?
