Application version: Software Update 4.0.6 (271)


Hello,

When installing and updating certain packages, an error is produced. For example updating iTunes with Software Update produces this error while 'Running package scripts...':

The update “iTunes” can’t be installed.

An unexpected error occurred.

Troubleshooting steps I have taken:

Run as root in safe mode

Fix permissions

Verify disk


Any insight into this, or indeed into Error Code 112 appreciate.
