HHave an Apple TV 2nd gen that I have tried to restart and restore but keep getter an error message saying cannot connect to WI-F, but I have another Apple TV 2nd gen that I have no problem with can any body help.

Sorry to hear about your issues with restoring your Apple TV. I am not sure if you have tried restoring your Apple TV with iTunes, but if you have not try that. If you are still unable to get it back to life, check out the second link to get you set up with service to have it looked at.

Not able to connect to WI-FI but have another Apple TV 2nd gen. That is connected and running fine, have tried to restart and restore but have no luck keep getting an error message saying not able to connect to WI-FI.
