Q: In-app purchases

With the same Apple ID, I can make In-app purchases on my I-pad, but not on my I-phone. Why?

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.1.3

Do you have any restrictions set up in Settings/General/Restrictions? If yes, disable them and try again.
