My mac book pro retina 13",2013,2.4GHz,i5,10.10.2 has a white square white dot on screen.... what is it?

hi guys

my mac book has a white square small white dot on screen in the middle, its very tiny one... looks like a dead pixel or some glitch... may i know how to get rid of it.. and its on all the windows i open.. no mater what safari, pages, e mail,etc. did anyone got the similar issue on theirs ??? U CAN SEE THAT UNDER THE LION'S EYE plz let me know if anyone knows something about it .

If it appears when you re-boot into Safe Mode (which takes five minutes and requires your User-Id and password) it should be examined at an appointment at the genius Bar as a possible defect. Free exchange ends 14 days from receipt.

If it is absent in Safe Mode, it is likely something you have added.
