IOS8.1.3

Has IOS8.1.3 on an iPhone 4s made any improvements in functionality? IOS8 has created more issues with my iPhone than any other IOS update. I am very hesitant to update any further at this point. Does anyone know a way to downgrade to IOS7?

Downgrading of iOS has never been approved by Apple.

I find 8.1.3 to be an improvement over the earlier version of iOS 8 plus it also fixes security problems with 8.1.2.
