How can i increase gpu memory (windows) ?

I installed Windows 7 on my macbook pro 13" Early 2013 via Boot Camp and i can't start games because the dedicated memory of gpu is to low 128mb.

My question is how can i increase the memory ?

My cpu is a dual core i7 3ghz with 8gb of ram onboard , GPU model is Intel Graphics HD 4000 .
