Apple-ID

Hey,

I wanted to buy a book from the App Store. Because it was the first thing I wanted to buy, the system asked for my favorite teacher and my favorite band during school years. I didn't remember what I filled in. So I sended an email to an repair-account. Now I didn't receive any messages,and I check and it said that it was sent to an hotmail email. I never used an hotmail email for my apple account. Now my account is blocked and I don't know what to do. Thanks for your attention. PS:If my English is not that good, im from Belgium, so my apologies.
