photo stream does not work suddenly

Photos from my iphone do not sync to my photo stream in my PC, i tried to uninstall and re-install iCloud but it still doesn't work.
It worked perfectly before and i have no idea why it suddenly stopped downloading. can someone help?

p.s. all my old photos in my photo stream disappeared after i re-install iCloud. the drive is now empty!!!! T_T
