Q: I have a screen that is in 5 languages which says I have to restart your computer hold down the power button until it turns off, then press the power button again help is this ok

Should I follow the "You ned to restart your computer.Hold down the Power button until it turns off then press the power button again "

THis is in 5 different languages should I do this?
