The same way you paired them in the beginning. Follow the keyboard instructions to set it to Pairing mode, and pair it again.

Its still not working. When i type the code on the keyboard and hit enter it does not do anything, and after a while says pairing unsuccessful.

Try resetting the iPad. Hold down the home and power/sleep buttons for 10 to 15 seconds or until the Apple Logo shows up. Let the iPad reboot and then try to pair again. Not data should be lost.
