iPhone 5s stuck/frozen after network reset.

I have an iPhone 5s That was having connectivity issues. More than 15 hours ago I did this and the phone is still on the apple progress screen and only 15-25% complete.

Not really sure what to do from here? I mean hard reset ok? How long shoild I wait? I'm trying to avoid doing a restore.

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.1.3

Hello Plslauren,

The steps outlined below can help get your iPhone to successfully start up.

When starting up, you might see the Apple logo or a red or blue screen for a long time, or your device might restart again. Try these steps:

  1. Make sure that you have iTunes 12 or later on your computer.
  2. Put your device in recovery mode.
  3. When you get the option to restore or update, select Update. This will reinstall iOS without erasing your data.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch doesn't respond or doesn't turn on
