Anyone else having a problem with iPhone 6 Plus when you pull down on the screen for notifications it only goes half or a quarter the way down? To get it back up you have to swipe from the bottom because it thinks its all the way down? Any solutions out there? iPhone is up to date and i have tried the hard restart.

Ya I don't get it, every time I pull down it gets
stuck but when i go to swipe up i have to swipe all the way from the bottom. The application thinks it open all the way. Very frustrating

I had the same issue. I changed the setting to Zoomed, then checked and all looked good on the pull down. I then went back and changed the settings to Standard and all was still good on the pull down notifications.
Settings>Display & Brightness>View>Standard or Zoomed
Hey thanks for the info. When apple released 8.2 it seemed to fix the issue. Who knows but glad it's Fixed
I just got the 6s this week and was frustrated the top nor bottom bars weren't working. This non-intuitive fix worked, but am surprised this new expensive phone has that issue.
