our company payroll allows us to view payroll history and open individual paycheck links so that we can print or save for reference. when i click on these they will not open. this worked just fine until recently. company assures that they have not made any changes. please help.

Not enough information, what app are you using the attempt to open the files, and describe the process you are using to open the files. Remember we are not there to see what you are doing so you need to be much more complete when describing your problem.
Also IOS 8.1.3 does not run on Macs, OS X is the OS for Macs, please complete your profile so we know the version of OS X installed on your computer.
