I bought an iPhone 6+ in store last week at Apple (Canada) and I just opened it yesterday but its too big for me and I want to get an iPhone 6 instead. Anyone know whether I can still return it if the box has been opened (the protective screen is still on and the earpods haven't been used)? Its still within the 14 day refund period and I just want to exchange it.

I mean you did not register the serial number on your product registration page. Yes, you need to restore the phone. I don't know about the restocking fee. That may only apply if it's returned unopened. They will surely tell you. 🙂
