restore command-c function in terminal

I am using MacOS 10.10.2

I've used mac port and have installed an extension called "tmux-pasteboard". It changes the behavior of the cut-and-paste function when we uses tmux. But now I've uninstalled tmux-pasterboard via "sudo port uninstall tmux-pasteboard" and the original cut-and-paste behavior was not restored. I.e. there seems to have two clipboards now, one for terminals (/Applications/Utilities/Terminal.app), and other one for the rest of the apps.

How can I restore the default behavior (i.e. one clipboard for all)?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014), OS X Yosemite (10.10.2), terminal.app configuration
