cannot change country or region due to incomplete passes

Hello,


Im trying to change my Apple ID country from Australia to US and it says i can't due to Incomplete passes. Specifically this relates to a TV show season i purchased, although I have finished watching the episodes it still says its incomplete.


Anyone have suggestions on how to approach this problem?
