If you imported them or saved them someplace prior to deleting, then yes.

Did you back the iPhone up to iCloud or iTunes prior to deleting the photos?

Bottom line is save your pictures to the cloud, export them \ synch them with iTunes, or email them to yourself..or get a good backup program.

Hate to sound like a dead horse beaten by a wet blanket but BACKUP is import, people roll their eyes and get upset until you lose data, then it's not funny.

BACKUP, there are tips, the first 2 pages of the manual mentions it, the first time you open photos.. there is no excuse really.. you just have to BACKUP.

Lots of ways to prevent this from EVER happening , it takes 30 seconds of effort to prevent a lifetime of regret.
