I can't approve. My kids purchase requests! Screen goes blank!

Screen is blank when I click link to approve requested purchases by child. Child can send the purchase request and I get the notification but after I click on it the screen is blank and it only says cancel at top left. I get no option to approve or deny! I shut down my phone and turned it back on an still nothing.
