How do I transfer photos from my iPod touch to my iPhone

i have recently bought a iPhone 5c and I would like to tranafter my photos from my iPod toucb 5 generation but Im not sure how

iPhone 5c, iOS 8.1.3

If you are running iOS 8.1 or later on your iPod Touch, one option would be to use iCloud Photo Library beta FAQ - Apple Support


Another option is via a 3rd party app such as http://www.photosync-app.com


A third option would be to import the photos to a computer Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your Mac or Windows PC - Apple Support and then use iTunes to sync them to the 5c iTunes: Syncing photos - Apple Support
