Loops—software instrument loops missing in Garageband

Garageband 10.10.3

Macbook Pro

10GB Ram

I am using a very popular online tutor for Garageband and in the understanding loops section I have NO Software loops, (GREEN)

I have Restored Sound Library several time taking many many hours.

I have Reindexed loop in the loop browser but still have NO Software loops, (GREEN)

This is not right and I don't know where to go or what to do to get them.

Any advise other than Restore Sound Library would be very welcome.

I am assuming that Garageband comes with a large assortment of Green-digital-software loops but mine for some reason I need to fix are not here.

I have gone to Finder, Go, Library, Audio, where there is a Folder for

Inside the Apple Loops folder there is this

the Brushes and Retro drums are loop I purchased from outside vendor and they DO show up in the loop browser but not to be redundant:

I have NO APPLE Software loops, (GREEN)

Please help is you can.
