Lock icloud

Hello!

I buy an Ip5s and used icloud by my acount. Than longtime,I forgot pass icloud and pass my mail,becau I'm not aways use that. Now I reset and eares, and can't active by my icloud. I can't remember my pass icloud and mail.

Pls tell my,how to unlock icloud?
