Restore Macbook air 2008 to factory settings

I'm trying to restore my macbook air (2008, running MAc OS X 10.6.8) to factory settings but I've lost the installation disc with the recovery HD mode. I've tried command+R (etc. etc.) but my macbook isn't compatible with internet recovery. Is there any other way to do this or does anyone know where I could get a new disc?
