Stuck USB side lightning cable

Hi there,

From the moment I started using my iPhone 6 and the pre-packed lightning cable + power adapter, the USB side has always been "stiff" to get out of the port. I had hoped it would become more loose over time, but unfortunately this wasn't the case.

So today, just as I was done adding some new songs to my phone, the inevitable happened and the USB side of my lightning cable got completely stuck in my computer's port when I wanted to unhook the cable. There seems to be no way to get it out..

Thus far i've tried :

- wiggling;

- brute pulling force;

- paper in the port (some tip on the internet);

- pushing further in (it's halfway in/out, and stuck).

What to do?!

- Charley

[EDIT: after trying to unlock the hooks on the downside of the USB with a credit card, it was finally able to disconnect!]
