2012 Mac mini running at almost boiling

My 2012 Mac mini seems to run a bit hotter than it should for the load I'm putting it under. According to Temperature Monitor, it often gets up to almost 98ºC just running Skype and a Minecraft server/client. This seems unusually hot and is a comparatively light load to other tasks I've seen others run on this system. The fan seems to be running normally though. What should I do?
