No effects...

Hi there!

I'm using a M-audio (M-track) interface to connect my guitar and bass to my Macbook air. It has worked well till the last garageband software and Yosemite updates... I just can't access the effects no longer. I hear my guitar, but without any effects. What is possibly happening ?
