How can I transfer a game from one iphone to another iphone with a different Game Center id

you just have to sign out of "iTunes & App Store" in the new phone's Settings App, and sign into your old phone's ID. Then you can go to the App Store App and find the game in your purchased tab. Download it, and then sign out of the Apple ID again in the "iTunes & App Store" section.
