What is alhassar.com?

I Signed up for iCloud keychain and after entering the verification code I was given a page of personal information to fill out, like credit cards info, name, address, etc. The tab reads "Apple - Privacy" but the email address connection for this page reads "Alhassar.com". What is this? It looks fishy and I won't fill it out.
