Created a new Apple I.D. Due to old Apple I.D. and associated email going away. We do not know the password to the old apple I.D...how do we remove it?

We have a new apple I.D..

The old Apple I.D. and associated email are no longer valid.

We do not know the password to the old apple I.D.. Thus, we cannot turn it off.

How do we get it deleted off of our device....? The password questions don't work either.

If you can't get its password reset via http://aiforgot.apple.com (you didn't have a rescue email address on the account for the password reset email to go to ?) then try contacting Support in your country, after confirming your id and that it's your account they should be able to reset the password and security questions for you.

Contacting Apple about account security : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security

If your country isn't on that page then try this form to contact Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

If you have any purchases on that old account (all content will remain tied to the account that downloaded it) then after resetting its password you could update its primary email address to an email account that you have access to : Change your Apple ID - Apple Support

After changing it : What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support
