How do i restore my iPhone when iTunes says i cant because i have Find My iPhone, when i actually dont have it ?

I went to that website, and entered everything i needed too. and it said Activation Lock: Off
Do you know why my iTunes wont let me restore it now ? Any help would be awesome !
