Download All iCloud Photos to Phone - Will Love You Forever

I am trying to access all of my photos from iCloud to put on my computer, but I can't figure out a good way to get 3,000 photos from the iCloud to my computer without manually pulling each one individually. Any advice? I am plenty of free space on my phone, but can't figure out how to get those iCloud photos fully on the phone so that I can just plug it into the laptop and pull it off the drive.
