mobile connectivity out of the country

HI,

What if I bring an iPad Air 2 Wi-Fi + Cellular version out of the country, i.e. the US, which means to bring it abroad to such as Asia?

This question is about mobile connectivity of iPad cellular version when out of the country, I just ask about the connectivity and the details about mobile networks carriers, etc.

Thank You for reading and answering.

You can check with your US provider and see what options they have for international roaming. But, it would likely be less expensive to get a SIM in the country you'll be in.

My guess is that if a carrier supports the iPhone, it will have iPad support as well. The supported carriers are here: Wireless carrier support and features for iPhone in Asia-Pacific - Apple Support

You may want to see what options they have for pay-as-you go plans or something similar.
