my brand new iphone 6 will not send sms messages. My phone only lets me send imessages, even off of wifi. Everytime i attempt to send a "green" sms text it says "message failed". my imessage and sms messages are turned on in my messages settings, and i have tried resetting my network. Nothing has worked!

SMS is a carrier function. You need to contact your cellular carrier and have them check your account for SMS activation and/or provisioning. Only the carrier controls SMS and/or MMS. There is no setting on the iPhone to turn SMS off or on.

Apply sms with turing off the subject field at tuneup's settings for calls/sms.
