iMessage Group Contact Glitch

I was added into an iMessage group chat to 1 contact I have saved, and 2 I did not have saved. On one of the 2 numbers I did not have saved, in the "To:" bar, my name came up as the 10 digit number, but, within the conversation it says "Princess" with a crown emoji was added to the conversation.

This screenshot is from one of the numbers I did not have saved. My number is removed.

In his phone, "Princess" with the crown emoji is what another one of his contacts is saved as.

Is there a reasoning for this occurrence?
