My front camera won't load

Today, I took my iPhone 5 to have the screen fixed due to cracks. When I got it back I found that when I try to switch to my front camera, it won't load. I went to snapchat to use my front camera, and the option to flip my camera around isn't even appearing in the app. How do I fix this?
